Welcome back fellow beer enthusiasts. We have a star-studded array of new beers slated to hit our shelves this week at Cardinal Liquor Depot Joliet! Surly Barrel-Aged Darkness Regarded as one of the best in the barrel-aged stout game, Surly BA Darkness will hit our shelves this week! This year's rendition, which is aged in rye whiskey barrels is 12% ABV and will be sold in wax-topped 750ml bottles. Look for it on our shelves this Friday 2/23. Toppling Goliath Double Dry-Hopped Pseudo Sue Dry hopping has been all the rage over the past few months. We've seen numerous breweries bring new excitement to their flagship beers by dry hopping them (Goose Island Dry Hopped 312, Half Acre Double Daisy Cutter, etc.) Now comes DDH Pseudo Sue, a fresh take on an institution of a beer brewed proudly in Decorah, Iowa. Look for this hoppy elixir on our shelves later this week in single 22oz "bombers."
